Ongoing & Long-Term Placements
Placement fees are based on the agreed weekly hours at the time of placement.
Up to 10 hours — $1,300
11–20 hours — $1,600
21–30 hours — $1,900
31+ hours — $2,200
Placement fees include candidate screening, reference checks, right-to-work verification and a 30-day replacement period.
Temporary & Emergency Care
Flexible support for families needing short-term, emergency or casual childcare assistance.
Daily booking coordination fee — $40 per day
Bookings extending beyond four weeks may transition into an ongoing placement arrangement.
